Admissions at Vyaasa Vidhya Mandir are open to students of all backgrounds, based on availability and eligibility as per CBSE norms. Parents are encouraged to visit the campus to experience our academic environment and facilities. Our admission process is transparent, child-friendly, and designed to ensure a smooth transition into the school community.
1. Eligibility & Availability
- Grades Offered: Admissions open for Nursery to Grade 9 for the current academic year.
- Age Criteria: Nursery: 3 years as of June 1st.
- Affiliation: We follow the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum.
2. Step-by-Step Admissions Process
- Inquiry & Registration
• Online Form: Fill out the initial Online Inquiry Form on our website.
• Collect Prospectus: Download or collect the official school prospectus from the office. - Interaction / Assessment
• For Pre-Primary: A mandatory informal interaction/meeting with the child and parents.
• For Grade 1 Onwards: A short diagnostic assessment to understand the child's academic readiness. - Parent-School Meeting
• A mandatory meeting with the School Principal or Admissions Coordinator to discuss the school's philosophy, values, and collaboration. - Confirmation & Documentation
• Confirm admission by paying the required fees within the stipulated time.
• Submit necessary documents (Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Aadhar/ID Proofs, Report Card).
3. Key Documents Required
- Completed Admission Form.
- Child’s Passport-size Photographs (4 copies).
- Copy of Birth Certificate (for Pre-Primary/Primary).
- Original Transfer Certificate (Grade 1 onwards).
- Copy of the Student's Aadhar Card.
- Copy of the last Academic Report Card.
